In accordance with our Code of Ethics and applicable legislation, we have established a secure and confidential channel for you to report potential violations – our internal reporting system.

This system allows you, whether you are our employee, client, AreteApp platform user, or other partner, to report conduct that could harm our company, its employees, customers, business partners, or the public interest. We value your courage and willingness to contribute to maintaining high ethical standards.

• Trust: You strengthen a culture of transparency and accountability.

You can report any suspected unlawful conduct that you have become aware of in connection with your work, business cooperation, use of our services (including the AreteApp platform), or other contact with Umarutti s.r.o., and which:

• Shows signs of a criminal offence (e.g., theft, fraud, corruption).
• Shows signs of an administrative offence with an upper fine limit of at least CZK 100,000.
• Violates the Whistleblower Protection Act.
• Violates other legal regulations or EU regulations in areas such as:
  • Financial services and prevention of money laundering (AML).
  • Consumer protection.
  • Product safety.
  • Environmental protection.
  • Public procurement.
  • Personal data protection (GDPR).
  • Protection of competition.
• Violates our Code of Ethics (e.g., discrimination, harassment, conflict of interest, unethical sourcing).

If you wish to report unethical conduct or a violation of the law, you can use the following methods:

You may report anonymously or provide your contact details. We will treat all information with the utmost confidentiality.

To help us investigate your report effectively, please include as much relevant information as possible:

• A detailed description of the conduct you are reporting
• When and where the conduct occurred
• Who was involved (if known)
• Any evidence or documentation you may have
• Names of any witnesses (if applicable)

Note: Even if you do not have all this information, please still submit your report. We will work with the information you provide.

Umarutti s.r.o. is committed to protecting all whistleblowers who report in good faith from any retaliatory measures (e.g., dismissal, salary reduction, reassignment, bullying). Any retaliation is strictly prohibited and will be penalized.

Your identity (if disclosed) and the content of the report will be protected to the maximum extent possible. Only the Competent Person, who is bound by confidentiality, has access to reports. Information about your identity will not be disclosed to any third party without your explicit written consent, unless required by law.

Please note that protection does not extend to individuals who knowingly submit false reports. Such conduct may be considered an administrative offence.

Acknowledgement: Within 7 days of receiving your report, we will confirm receipt (unless you have indicated that you do not wish to be notified, or if doing so would compromise your identity).

Investigation: The Competent Person will assess whether your report is substantiated. During this process, they may request additional information from you.

Outcome: No later than 30 days after receiving the report, we will inform you in writing of the outcome of the assessment. In complex cases, this period may be extended by up to 60 days (twice by 30 days), and you will be informed of any extension.
